Clinic Adjustment/Closure Dates

No allergy injections:

June 4-6 & 10-11, 2024: The doctor is out of the office.

Clinic adjustments due to COVID 19

All visits require an appointment. 

No "WALK IN" ALLERGY INJECTIONS.

Only patients and one support person per patient will be allowed in the clinic.

Masks (covering your mouth and nose) are mandatory ONLY IF you are experiencing any symptoms of illness such as fever, cough, sneezing, or runny nose, otherwise masks are optional.  This policy is subject to change based on various COVID factors.

  

We continue to offer telehealth visits when clinically appropriate.

Office hours are based on appointment times. Please call the office to schedule an appointment at 210-495-4335.
