Coronavirus Updates

  • For the safety of our patients and staff, we are making changes to help prevent and slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

  • COVID-19 symptoms include:

    • Cough

    • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

    • Chills

    • Repeated shaking with chills

    • Muscle pain

    • Headache

    • Sore throat

    • Loss of taste or smell

    • Diarrhea

    • Fever

  • If you have experienced any of these symptoms, or been in close contact with someone known to have COVID-19, please CALL and we will arrange a telehealth visit to evaluate your situation and determine the best course of action.

  • All office visits will require patients complete the COVID-19 screening questionnaire via the patient portal or by phone before your appointment (this includes immunotherapy (allergy shot) visits).

  • Masks are mandatory if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, otherwise masks are optional.

  • One support person per patient will be allowed for patient visits. 

  • Going forward, for a nominal fee, our established patients can benefit from telehealth, phone management and patient portal management.  Fees will be collected at the time of service.  If you would like to schedule one of these alternative visit types, please submit a request on the patient portal.
