CLINIC WILL BE CLOSED March 13, 2025. March 11-12, 2025, the front desk staff will be available to answer phone calls, but no in-office services will be available.
Please schedule your allergy injections/appointments for that week on Monday, March 10, 2025.
As a convenience, the clinic will be OPEN for appointments on Memorial Day, May 26, 2025.
Clinic adjustments due to COVID 19
All visits require an appointment.
No "WALK IN" ALLERGY INJECTIONS.
Only patients and one support person per patient will be allowed in the clinic.
Masks (covering your mouth and nose) are mandatory ONLY IF you are experiencing any symptoms of illness such as fever, cough, sneezing, or runny nose, otherwise masks are optional. This policy is subject to change based on various COVID factors.
